Description
Pastoral Serie Dulce – red sweet liqueur wine, vintage 2018. The wine is made from selected Cabernet Sauvignon , 2018, grown in the southern regions of Moldova. Production technology includes heating pulp up to 70 C. and cooking for min. 24 hours with stirring. Then alcoholization of the juice and aging to assimilate the wine. The rich, full bodied wine possesses dark red color.

Aroma – prunes, cherries, smoke.
The taste is soft, enveloping, spicy. The aftertaste is sweet.
