Description
Dessert Muscat wines produced from the qualitative grapes with the high sugar content (not less than 220 g/dm3) that gives the possibility of wine strength increasing and adds a specific nuance to its organoleptic and flavoring characteristics. The wines are produced according to modern technologies of winemaking, as usage of the French, Italian, German yeast in fermentation allowing to disclose fully aromas of wine, controlled low-temperature fermentation, infusion of oak-chips.
